If you have nothing to do for the Resolver, and then click the Back button, it gives an error of beep! Resolver: previous selected glibmm-ERROR **: unhandled exception (type unknown) in signal handler aborting... Aborted I think maybe the way to solve this is to gray out the forward & back buttons if there is nothing to be done. |

While downloading package files, if you try to do anything else in aptitude (gtk) (ie. go through menus) you face a lot of lag. If we are going to allow people to do other things while downloading, this needs to be solved |

Steps to Reproduce: 1) Click on Packages Button 2) Click on any package's name 3) Hover over any of the buttons (ie. purge, install, remove) that have appeared in the sidebar The cursor is a text selection one, not the normal hand with a finger sticking out, so it appears as though the buttons can't be clicked. (Attached is a screenshot) |
